Those who have read the LightWave 3D 8 Cartoon Character Creation book...will recognize the first few steps :)
Even though it's not finished...I thought it would be fun to show the progress so far.
The top of the head was subdivided once and the resulting n-gons fixed, then flattened before creating the hair.
