Hot off the the press..tonight's rally at Izmir before the big day tomorrow :)

Last batch :) It's sad that News organizations don't get in close and show the details...the unique individuals that make up the story. That's why I love large demonstrations...there's a million photos to be taken..it's just a click away.

I do love a slow shutter speed, these were taken at about 1/15 a second. Oh yes..tweaked in Photoshop :)

I must say, the atmosphere at the republic rally was fantastic..can't wait for the next one :)

Waiting for the Republic Day rally to start..what to do..what to do? Oh yes...you dance!

Today is Republic Day, millions of people marched across the country..waving flags and chanting along the way.  This march, took place in Ankara and finished at Anitkabir..in a sea of red and white, it was a great experience, peaceful and fun...I'll post more photos soon :)
