Tin Cymbalist
The third member of the Tin Marching Band is the cymbalist. What he lacks in musical talent he makes up for with his dancing skills. There is one little problem, he is prone to panic attacks caused by his fear of large crowds.
Mobile Spy Unit
This is my third flying car, but I ran out of time for the NVArt competition....oh well :) It's a spy unit, but it's only purpose is to spy on it's own citizens. The dome at the back is a computer and scanner, that collects data...what people are doing, saying and with who etc. It flies up and down streets, scanning buildings all day and all night. It dumps all the information at depots, for processing....it then moves on to the next street and starts all over. More flying cars to come...
