This was my second attempt at this model. It's surprising how things fall into place if you start with the right part..still, went over time..66 minutes and not even close to finishing :)
Mobile Spy Unit
This is my third flying car, but I ran out of time for the NVArt competition....oh well :) It's a spy unit, but it's only purpose is to spy on it's own citizens. The dome at the back is a computer and scanner, that collects data...what people are doing, saying and with who etc. It flies up and down streets, scanning buildings all day and all night. It dumps all the information at depots, for processing....it then moves on to the next street and starts all over. More flying cars to come...
